1) The important role of sponsors/Funders of wildfire equipment development.

Sponsors/funders are critical for the development of new equipment in a highly challenging field like firefighting.

More so with regards to wildfires.

Residential, business and industrial fires are in most cases limited to a controllable property, e.g. building.

Wildfires on the other hand are in open exposed environments with major natural factors such as wind, inaccessible terrain. With the added difficulty of large geographical regions, which makes early detection a major challenge.

Control:- On top of this, the wild are open to individual abuse and difficult to control, which is not the case with property fire prevention.

The overall challenge of new concepts in developing wildfire equipment is the difficulty to test such concepts under realistic circumstances.

However it is undeniable that our ability to speedily contain and suppress wildfires will be critical for the future development of a healthy planet specifically with regards to the impact of carbon in the atmosphere.

Taking these factors into account, it was decided to fund the initial developments of firefighting concepts for wildfire through sponsors/ Funders.

2) Business profitability and growth

The developers and founders of The Firefly Innovations, recognizes the critical role of business in terms of creating value adding in society.

We therefore  have endeavored to structure the program to provide specific support for companies that act as sponsors and funders.

team to support sponsors/funders for business growth.

The initial concept that led to the launching of The Firefly Innovations was arrived at through advanced future directed business development methodologies,

We therefore extend an open invitation to sponsors/funders to consult with us with regards to the future growth of their businesses.

And wherever possible we would endeavor to assist you to achieve your goals and objectives.

The program is structured on four levels of sponsorship:-

• Base Sponsors
• Super Pack Sponsors and
• *Suppliers Sponsors

*(Supplier sponsors are specifically suppliers that are already supplying firefighting and forestry agencies with products and or services.)

• Anchor Sponsors

3) Fire stations and Forestry services

In addition there is also separate listing via the standalone web page of nominated:-

• Fire stations and
• Forestry services (As nominated by Super-Pack sponsors)

We are currently in discussions to provide additional incentives to both these two groups of services, which will give supper sponsors broader business support.

The aim is to tap into the vast resources of experienced firefighters and forestry service workers.
