[a13]wild horses and fire-stinger emma says, “bill and laura simpson tell me they’ve been taking care of and protecting these horses for a two way street since<\/p>\n these horses help protect their land and lives fromw wildfires.” “we don’t have to spend money, they do this for free.” he says it’s a protection unlike any other. “with as much grass and brush as we’re seeing from the lack of deer, we’re gonna continue to have these outrageous fires.” that’s where these guys come in. natural grazing, wild horses. “they’re logical, they’re practical and we happen to have 48 thousand of them sitting in a corral right now at the forest serivce, us blm and forest service corrals.<\/p>\n ” he says getting them out in the forests is the answer, where they won’t cost taxpayers anything while helping reduce fuels. britt ivy boice says it’s already costing millions to keep them in corrals, so why not put them to work? she believes it’s another level of live-saving protection the region desperately needs. “preventing fires is a whole species if we don’t at least give them a place to live.” now he’s taking this plan to the blm, forest service and legislators like greg walden. hoping
