Gerard Butler said his home is “half-gone” after it was torched by the wildfire. “Returned to my house in Malibu after evacuating. Heartbreaking time across California. Inspired as ever by the courage, spirit and sacrifice of firefighters,” the actor wrote on Instagram.

Butler shared an image of himself standing outside a burned-out section of the house.
